The monorail is one of the most important KL transport systems since it runs along several very busy main roads. The problem is, its somehow neglected, they use not enough units means most of the time the people are scrammed into or have to wait for the next. Also at every station it needs to cue for the ticked which is done manually only, imagine what long lines are waiting. This is a typical example how totally incompetent people can dilute a great thing and create disaster for others. I am sure that the bosses of this company never ever used this monorail, compared to the Bangkok Skytrain which is operated by Siemens the guys in KL really look like bloody amateurs.
