Not to be an arse, but why does the video aspect of it look a lot better than the actual game? The animations are a bit stiff in the game, most noticeable when you jump, it seems to a skip right into it.

We have been improving the in-game animations, they are better now. It's a bit tricky to get them just right since we want that immediate response so you can feel that you're really in control, but we're getting there.

Understand the Limbo references - its a very striking artistic style that stirs emotion, and reminds of very dark European/polish animations of the past. The game - even as a work in progress - looks lush. The choice of music in the trailer is sheer genius however, pushes my interest from moderate to "high" - beautiful atmosphere all in all :)

I'm afraid I have to agree with some of the other comments: I'd much rather see more film (it's quite beautiful!) than game play, the latter seems forgettable in comparison.

Haha, I'm just kidding man. Looks good, really love the character design of the evil dude. Kind of a shame that it just looks like your typical platformer though.
