Here I show a simple transition from sidemount to mount that sets up a nice triangle attack. Hope you like it!

  • Jay your details are some of the best on youtube. I learn more than just the sub, I pick up stuff I can apply to other techniques.

  • @JRT140 Thanks, this is one of the nicest compliments that I have received so far and I greatly appreciate the feedback!

  • Gracias por este vídeo, que como siempre, es excelente y muy didáctico !!

  • Very informative!! Thank you very much, all your videos have helped me greatly! I found you through Marco De Lima's site.

  • a lot of respect for the details

  • Jay, as always, good stuff. Too funny about Rob Khan's shoulder pressure. i train underneath Rob here in Tampa and his shoulder pressure is absolutely ridiculous! Anyways, glad u posted this video on this type of position from mount. I have been working on this same setup for about 3 weeks now and love it. I usually get this when in mount already. I really like going for the americana, arm triangle and Smount to arm bar from here. The details u provide bout holdin the head are spot on!

  • nice details on locking the ankle from the top and finish... great stuff.
