  • I'm sick of being on anxiety medication but I'm scared to come back off of them again, but then again when I did come off of them I wasn't eating very well. 8,( Very awesome story, very inspiring. Thanks for sharing!

  • @StaciMarie333 the key to coming off of them is a proper diet. I can say that from personal experience. After years of being down on myself for "needing them", I was able to kiss medications goodbye just by taking control of my diet and my attitude. You and only you have the power to change your life!!

  • @otricky7rabbito, yeah, probably not for much longer. why?

  • thanks ya'll :)

  • @StaciMarie333 I was medicated for years. I came to a realization I was in denial. Denial of what? Of life! Of who I am, what life is. I was convinced that something external needed to change, something outside me was causing anxiety. Turns out it is inside me and I would never heal w/ doctors/drugs. Notice if you have a problem w/ the drugs they give you, their answer is always more drugs. The most empowering day of my life, tho I was terrified at the time, was when I told the docs to get lost!

  • "Medications just correct problems we are creating by our diet" Indeed! This is so true. If you struggle with anything mental, physical, spiritual then correct your diet and watch what happens. "Foods" that relieve cravings (donuts, potato chips, fast food, etc) are the worst. Pig out on carrots, broccoli, raw ears of corn, etc, and see what happens! The cravings for the bad will end, the intelligence to live healthy will begin. It is a miracle; it is true life, not the half-life of most peeps.

  • Rawsome Video!!!! Keep em coming. Be inspirational!
