Unless y'all haters can do 50+ kipping and/or butterfly pull-ups or chest to bar pull-ups unbroken, don't even begin talking shit. If it's "so easy," do it ass clowns.

yes I agree cant even believe it. before I started eating right it didn't matter how much I exercised my abs were still jello. Between I saw an interview with body building champion where he talks about 7 odd foods he eats to keep his abs hard. you can see it here ==> bit.ly/10RQmgU?=xlegs

I love the clip. Youtube is wonderful for this form of content. My cousin was formerly bullied. He stated he was about to get bigger muscle and strength. I did not believe him. Til within weeks he packed on 40 pounds of complete lean muscle mass. He used the Muscle Building Bible - look in Google. No person dares to intimidate him these days. :)

I personally signed up last week. And this guys emails are great!

Also, butterfly and kipping pullups become more cardiovascular when you are doing more reps at a decent pace. It's just a slightly different workout.

I say this in the most respect full way i can, you could not be more wrong. Strict pullups are a compound exercise, this meaning they do not just "work mostly your lats." While the Latissimus Dorsi is mainly targeted while doing wide grip pullups, you are also working several different muscles in the trunk, arms, shoulders and more than i can name off the top of my head. Butterfly pullups use a lot of the same muscles but you swing your legs creating momentum, so the muscles strain less.
