@homecmng1 in 1989 they put out an EP called 1,000 Hours, early in 1990 they put out an EP called Slappy, then later on in 1990 they put out their first LP called 39/Smooth. Lookout! decided to make a compilation album out of the 2 EPs and the album, so combine the titles and you get 1,039 Smoothed Out Slappy Hours.

So, Green Day's first album is 39/Smooth which was only on vinyl, not 1,039 Smoothed Out Slappy Hours, which came on CD later on in the same year (1990)

I've got a full Green Day show from early 1989 on VHS, one of the 1st performed as Green Day. Anyone know how you'd go about getting it onto the computer from VHS tape?
