  • I have the component cables that are red/white/green/blue/red again and yellow, could I use that with this?

  • @Nutronic Yeah, the HD PVR and the Roxio Gamecap use the red/green/blue, and the EasyCap uses the yellow, and all of them use the red and white audio cords. So yeah, you could get any of them. Remember though: HD PVR = high quality and high price, and Roxio Gamecap = decent quality and lower price.

  • EasyCap with S-Video looks on par with the Roxio, just my opinion. But may I ask, would the EasyCap be good for commentaries? Thanks, KentiiBlade

  • @kentiiblade Yeah, the EasyCap is good with commentaries. All of them basically are, you just have to figure out what software works best for you.

  • where did you get the easycap (s video)? Is it expensive? Does it connect from xbox to mac or record from mac?

  • @DEEBIC021 The EasyCap component and S-Video are on the same device, and I picked it up from Ebay for about $10. As for Mac compatibility, it does not support Mac, sorry. You should try a Pinnacle Dazzle, they usually go for $20 to $40, and they are Mac compatible. Plus, they put out slightly better quality than the EasyCap.
