Benedicite spiritus et animae justorum Domino

"Spirits and souls of the just, bless the Lord; Holy men of humble heart; bless the Lord; praise and exalt him above all forever."

This is the tenth verse of the canticum trium puerorum in fornace (Daniel 3: 56-90) for Ember Saturdays, as preserved in the early tenth-century Cantatorium of Saint Gall (CH-SGs 359, fol. 32-35).
