Best Final Cut Express Export Settings - Fast and High Quality

In this video, I show you the best export settings for Final Cut Express, I use the mp4 format, with a H.264 codec, and so far it has worked really well for me. If you have any better suggestions, please let me know in the comments!

(im exporting with QTMovie...by default)

Awesome, I have 300 gigs of video I need to convert and my exports from FCE are just as big, I'll give this a try and hopefully get my files down to a reasonable size. It's about 30 hours of home videos I'm converting to DVD, all captured in AIC. I'm just glad I didn't use ProRes!
