Obviously this is very unsettling news! How can we allow for a foreign company to invade our country, destroy our environment, take away the livelihood of our people and endanger the lives of generations to come? Vietnam is such a beautiful country and we should be doing everything we can to preserve it!

why the goverment chose ninh thuan to be located to build nuclear power plant, why the goverment chose tay nguyen to exploit bauxite? why every dangerouse thing have to locate in central vietnam ? cuzz more minorities living thier ? The waste produced from nuclear power plants is radioactive. Some scientific studies suggest that there is an increased rate of cancer in people who live near nuclear power plants due to long term exposure to low levels of radiation released from nuclear power plant

of course the vietnamese regime would not even hestitate to strip the montagnards of their lands. it's basically ethnic cleansing of the region. now, with the introduction of bauxite mining to this verdant region, i'll be surprise if the commies decide to come up with environmentally and socially sound policies.

first of all, the export of cofee forced many montagnards to lose their land and livelihood. many protested but were imprisoned, tortured and exiled. for us to believe that any compensation will given to the native people is straight foolishness. vietnam is only continuing it's agenda of genocide through poverty.
