The great Paul Bozymowski, the director of our Heights documentary, kindly cut together this goodbye video on the occasion of our closing night.

Thank you all for 3 wonderful years on Broadway. Remember, this isn't the end of the story, just this chapter.

SIempre,

Lin-Manuel Miranda

  • I saw the show during its last two weeks open on Broadway. One of the most amazing shows to ever hit the Broadway stage and it's a shame that it didn't run longer than it did. Still, this show has affected the lives of millions of people in the best way possible. Thank you so much Lin-Manuel Miranda for writing such a beautiful masterpiece. I've never felt more connected to any show before in my life.

p.s. Everytime I listen to 'Everything I Know', I cry like a baby.

    Thank you :)

  • Of all the shows to close on Broadway this past month, In the Heights should NOT have been one of them.

  • Awww! Today's the one-year anniversary which is really sad, but watching this video makes me happy, and you can't have it without the closing. So emotionally conflicted. ") I didn't get to see the show on Broadway, but I had the album, and so knew and loved the music, and saw the show on tour. It was awesome!! :)

  • DREAM COME TRUE BITCHES!

  • Saw it with lin-manuel and the rest of the obc a few months after it opened, and i gotta say that it was one of the best theater experiences ever. :)

  • I've seen this show once before. But once in my life I HAVE to see it with Lin-Manuel Miranda as Usnavi. It's like on my bucket list, I feel like only he could bring that on finally but of extreme emotion to the show. Favorite musical in every single aspect since I've heard about it which was before it ever even got big. Can any of you make my bucket-list come true? haha
