NS's Sandusky Line in Ohio has to be the most boring stretch of railroad in America. 99% of trains have NS's beloved "catfish" C40-9W locomotives in the lead. It took them a long time to acquire them, but goddamn it, they're here to stay. The other 1% of trains have C40-8Ws and non-widecab C40-9s.
What's a GEVO? And an SD40? Isn't that a lubricant?
NS certainly seems to have enough power to cover all their GEVOs in storage, while traffic patterns are recovering (and NO, they're not back to normal. Buckeye Yard in Columbus is still closed with 30 employees on furlough, with a bunch of leased engines in storage there as well).
Gaaaaaaaaa!!!!! They're everywhere!
