@hechtelgrube It isn't prefect translation but i try to do this.
Before the World war2 in Kottzwitz was two train lanes but after the war one bridge wasn't rebuilt and today we have only one lane. On the bridge (over the Schlangensee where you could before the war rent a boat) German guards ( Solders) wrote their names and dates - the frist 1September 1939r and then a long pause, and the last in 1944.

@hechtelgrube Kiedyś w Kotowicach były 2 tory ale po wojnie nie odbudowano jednego mostu i rozebrano tor. Na ceglanej podstawie mostu (nad Schlangensee tam gdzie kiedyś byłą wypożyczalnia łódek) widać jeszcze wyryte przez niemieckich wartowników ich nazwiska oraz daty - pierwsze z września 39r a potem długa przerwa i dopiero 44rok.

Ein sehr schönes Video. Auf diesem Bahnhof haben wir erst im Mai gestanden. Meine Familie stammt aus Kottwitz/Jungfernsee und seit einigen Jahren fahren wir regelmäßig nach Kottwitz und verbringen einige Urlaubstage dort.
