ok after about 10 minutes of research, Papoose and Gift of Gab from Blackalicious both had their alphabet songs released in 1999, unfortunately i cannot find what month Papoose's was released but Blackalicious was released in June on the EP A2G. Lowkey hasnt been in the game until 2003 so he had time to build on both these songs so he can be considered a band wagoner. Personally i like Blackalicoius' version better because it was produced by Cut Chemist, one fantastic DJ
