  • John Brzenk is the Greatest

  • @bernisweltredsun its allowed to use you bodyweight but if your hand isnt strong enough it wont help you

  • he-is-just-using-his-whole-weight-this-is-not-armwrestling-the hell-!!!!!!!!!

  • @ HandelandJ

one more thing. I dont think the summerversion of 2008 Denis was so much weaker than he was in November 2008 where he placed second behind Brzenk. But then, its all just guesses, speculations etc.

and since we are talking about roids...who of the top 10 heavyweights is not on roids, at least from time to time?

If i go by look alone, i would say Devon only...

but in the end who knows?

  • Have you guys seen that fight? Seriously, i think thats not helping armwrestling, not even for promotion, show or whatever. Especially not from someone who proclaims to have the best left hand in the world. But since Bagent carried Semerenko from stage after his fight with Brzenk i guess they get along again?

And yes, Bagent has no Hook, not even with left.

    @ HandelandJ

John flashed Semernko 2008 zloty, so he was propably still on. but a flash is a flash. I have seen you get flashed too :-)

  • @nismoz31turbo

i know what you mean, i have seen some of Taras Training Videos. I think his training works for him, even though he seems to be far away from his top form at the moment.

    @ HandelandJ and nismoz31turbo

talking about Bagent. Is he good, yes. Is he strong, yes. He got a awesome left, yes. BUT the way he behaved against Semerenko is just plain bad. I mean, im still suprised Semernko didnt punch in his face. Talking is one thing, but to get physical is another.

  • Well I was right about Semerenko juicing, he got busted at the Europeans in June 2009, that explains why in 2005 he gave John the fight of his life and now John can flash him, and he can't even beat summer of 2008 Denis who is probably barely top 10 in the World. But back in the day Semerenko was ranked #6 in the World above Devon, Ron, and Michael Todd... here nowhere near the top 10...

  • Speed and table smarts are part of the game, when he is a solid 280 lbs. monster he's also very strong. Did you see him lay down to Pushkar at the 2005 Nemiroff Cup? Armtv was there filming and he said he felt like he could beat Pushkar inside, but wanted to save himself for the overall, since his goal was to win the overall (more $ in the overall). And he did win the overall right and left. vs. Arsen and at the ROTN he was an untrained, unmotivated 255 lbs. but some people do overestimate him

I think taras might juice but at the time of waf's he is free of drugs in his system. I believe that the reason taras's arms look so good is because of his training. He does exercises that promote maximum muscle growth. He will do about 8 sets with 6 reps on exercises. That promotes more muscle gain, but with less strength gain then other exercises. If he focused on static exercises and lower reps heavier weight, he'd be stronger. He does reverse wrist curls too, for looks
