He could really handle a wide variety of styles. Sounds like a well-rounded musician to me..This may not be my favorite song, but he really makes it work. This should have grabbed more attention when it was new.

This terrific song has gone through many mutations, originally in French it has become two other songs including Perry Como / Elvis Presley's "It's Impossible" and a unique re-write by the lyricist "Talk To Me About Him" (Parlez moi de lui).
I've seen Ronnie James Dio in concert solo in the 1980s (he was fantastic) and if you played me this recording in a blindfold test I would not think I was hearing Dio. Superb rendition. Very impressive.
