@jkslater3 no it's actually "kata Voulgaron", the chant was written for Basil II Macedonian (the Bulgarslayer). The chant changed lyrics quite a few times as you understand.
Very well, very well, only some minor notes: The original chant mentions granting victory to the king (meaning the Roman Emperor) and its not "over adversaries" but "over Bulgarians". Some minor facts, nothing very important.
