People say that Jeff choked in the final 5 races. First, Jimmie won four of them. Second, Jeff finished 3rd, 7th, 7th, and 10th in those 4 races. He finished the season with 11 finishes of 11th or better, and yet people say he choked. I never knew clinching the title with 2 races left under the old system classified as a choke.
