  • For me, expert village really helps a lot in my swimming practice.

But somehow, I wonder why there is people who complain about expert village and Mr. Phillip Toriello that what they teach is retarded and doesn't help at all. Hey guys, they upload this video free, what are you guys expecting?

If you guys is that good to complain about, why don't you upload a swimming lesson video for all of us?? So, please stop complaining. Please.

  • thumbs up

if you like swimming because of expertvillage

  • how do i do this without the water?

  • @meowey55 it's like a mermaid kick both of your feet are together

  • as for kick... its just a normal dolphin kick?

  • It's not hat involved. Just do freestyle pull with both arms but push down harder. This video makes it seem complicated.

  • hi

  • @FoxtrotNinja once you get it you feel like you are Michael Phelps or some shit like that.

  • You all talk about your 11 year olds swimming :27. Well a 50. Is 150 feet. Double that. Then quad it. Don't think she goes a :54 or a 1:48. She may be an excellent swimmer. But fly. Nobody negative splits. It requires strength. Especially at a higher level. Your stroke is mainly from the hips and chest. Drop your chest leave your head in the same basic area. And then push your hips up and kick. Your head upper back arms and but should be the only part of your body out of the water.
