Went to vote and was DENIED, despite swearing on penalty of perjury that I was homeless, because the "checklist supervisor" felt like I wasn't homeless.

  • New Hampshire giving out ballots in the names of dead voters

  • But he did sign an affidavit which means they have to now challenge it in court and not at the voting panel right there. They're most likely all volunteers and need to be informed as to their limitations to the submission process. Which I suspect means unless the affidavit is not filled out and signed they can only reject it then and there. Everything else must be allowed under penalty of law (for them).

  • Black swan, I know someone who has their mac laptop and was talking to us on Stickam and he was homeless strangely enough.

  • I actually feel like voting should be restricted. I think people should have to pass a basic civics test to be able to vote. That wouldn't keep anyone from voting if they actually gave a shit about what they are voting for.

Just a basic question or two would disqualify most people anyways.

  • That is why one signs an affidavit, if the bureaucrats thought he was lying they could go to court and bring their proof.

  • Hey, how come I never heard back from you, cop?

  • When asking for their names, you did ask about responsibility, however, you should tell them "On on for the record, under full commercial liability, are you willing to claim etc etc" If they say no, then they can't deny your submission. If they say yes, then you have them on the record commercially liable for denying you. Now they have to prove that your claim is false.

  • you don't need a home to have a phone, or website. He could be couch surfing and not have a place to live, and if he has a phone he has internet access, so he most likely has a job to pay for the services but he doesn't need a residence to have these services

  • facts are facts, why not believe he is homeless? he testifies to this, can anyone testify to him having a home at the time of the video?

what is dishonest is he followed the law to testify to homelessness and bureaucrats declare he is lying by fiat. what factual evidence did they have? they ignored the law based on their intuition and feelings.

  • The guy videotaping you on his camera phone for publishing on his website probably isn't homeless.
