Dandy Sakano was never really funny. He only had the one "Gets" thing which got boring pretty quickly. Now he only turns up occasionally on celebrity quiz shows.

only the asian understand "not funny's funny".
this is a difference of the culture.

its a sense called "samui"(meaning is cold) in japan.
this concept is only in japan.
its not funny. the reaction of surrounding people is funny.

Yes, it's kind of not funny's funny. But these days this kind of comedy in Japan tends to be gotten bored with because there're too many "samui" comedians now. (Sorry for my bad English.)
