I'm impressed with and have admiration for Mr. Cooper's exposure of the DEA and drug enforcement policies. But that being said, he's slightly loony and doesn't come across as the brightest individual, and it bothers me to think that there are thousands of people on the other side of the drug war like him. For people who believe in unrestricted substance use, how can we overcome legions of crazy and irrational people who make and enforce our laws?
