  • Upper Arley is a nice place

  • I was looking forward to go back when they got hit by the floods, not much longer now, end of march I thing and it will be as good as new.

  • Which is stronger;

    Prarie or Pannier Tank?

    I probably sound stupid, but i'm not sure, because panniers are stronger than I thought.

  • The award-winning rural GWR station. With the perfect lighting from the sun, additional background sceneries and GWR branchline engines haulling authentic stock. Combines this film as one of most well made of Arley.

  • Great Video, 5 Stars!

  • yeah it is

  • isn't this where they filmed 'Oh doctor beeching?

  • According to Wikipedia's Locomotives of the Great Western Railway, a 57xx pannier has 22500 pound tractive effort or thereabouts, a Small Prairie 21000, and a Large Prairie 27000. All of which are more than a Class 67. :P
