Just a tip, sorry if anyone's said this, but when you enter an eclipse, either one. use insect swarm first, because an eclipsed moonfire with nature's grace buff is way more powerful than a nature's graced insect swarm.

I do this. But by the first 20 moves my mana is gone. All moves doesnt make a dent in your mana. What you use? Trinket? Special Build up? What? very curious

@TheAirsoftWeapon Well if your hit capped from spirit, you get a nice mana reg, i think that keeps my mana up aswell as i've specced for 35% innervate

u should start with Insect Swarm coz of haste buff for moonfire dot etc...

Im serious- My main spec was boomie but unfortunately had to go resto (Im fairly talented) But Id like to go back boomie but for now my resto spec is better for Firelands than my boomie spec is seeing I can only sustain 18k if im not moving around a shit ton.

You pull what I pull as boomie with more Tier Gear than I- I want to find a freakin boomie who can tell me and help me with stats. I have yet to find a boomie who can pull more than me- my server or in dungeons.

ok so this rotation is just a bit wrong, the real rotation is like this: Prepot(use any trinkets you have after you prepot),Starsurge,treants,star­fall,insect swarm,moonfire then spam starfire/wrath till you get into eclipse. if you know that many mobs will spawn on a boss try to stay in solar eclipse for heavy aoe dmg.

you guys should be able to do over 40k burst dps with this like I do on most bosses in fireland. at the end of the fight you should have above 30k dps.

To keep dps up while moving you need to spam moonfire or sunfire

i stopped playing wow about 2 months ago, i am a boomkin, and i was just finding everything so hard, i shall go back to playing wow after watching you, you look to be a great help. my main concern is dps BUT dps in fights, i tend to move a lot and dps starts to go down, when i stopped i was pully about 16k on dummies, and about 11k in fight..... and in fight i have raid buffs>>>? so i really dont know what im doing wrong,

@TheAirsoftWeapon With a boomkin you shouldnt have mana issues, get Balance Power Tracker - addon, make sure you are always going towards the nearest eclipse state as this restores 16% of your total mana. As long as you are using this method and even without any of the extra mana talents or ANY Innervates you should stay right up near your maximum mana range even in long boss fights. On occasions when you use AOE such as Hurricane though you will always notice mana draining fast :)
