  • Is this a cover of a Red Lorry Yellow Lorry song or is that the title of the song?

  • sorry for the late reply, i don't actually check these comments. The only information I have about the pulse videos is that given in the video itself so your guess is as good as mine. sorry :)

  • The Pulse Doco was Produced by Hilton Cordell & the ABC, the man behind it all was the Bass Player Johnathan Zwartz ,Doug Atkin was the Director ( "Planet Earth" Duran Duran) & I recorded the Sound EarthMedia Audio Production

  • totally underapreciated musician and one of the most original voices in jazz piano. love his work, had his jextet album on vinyl years back, whar a stunning album. maybe that was you hisorymac when you where a baby, giggling over one solo piece.

  • 3 top Aussie jazz players. Jex was for many years overshadowed by Vince Jones. He's like a crisper, cleaner, more technical version of Brad Mehldau. Superb players - I've played with Phil Rex when he was just starting out. Sensational! Markus

  • dlebs: there a huge Aussie jazz scene player wise...like, 100's of guys & chicks....there's just no money in it...this is great playing....ahead of its time?

  • Even within the tiny Australian jazz scene Jex doesn't get his props. There's something about his playing that is incredibly inventive and original... One great example is his piano in a Chris Wilson song, "Heaven's Thief" - discordant and compelling.

  • My dad happens to be Jex and I can tell you that this song is not a cover of a Red lorry yellow lorry song, its just the title of an original piece written by Jex.

  • go niko

  • Yay, my dad. I dont know the answer.
