Improv. audtion for Tommy Tricker

Paul Popowich (dark shirt) does an improv. with unknown boy in a 1988 audition for the movie,Tommy Tricker and the Stamp Traveler. Using Olive Riley's blog, www.allaboutolive.com.au, we are look for hundreds of kids who audiioned for the movie in order to get them a copy of their audition.

Serene, how observant you are! The truth is stranger than you might think. The flies are of Australian nationality, born and flying in late 2007. The audition took place in the late eighties. I'll give you a chance to guess how and why that might be and come back when you've had a stab at ti. Good luck, Mike

Because the Tommy Tricker video is playing on a monitor and you taped the monitor. It can clearly be seen that the flies are on the monitor, not in the Tommy Tricker video.

Almost correct, Serene. At the time I did not know how to feed my old tapes into my system since they are NTSC and I'm now in a PAL zone. So, anxious to have them usable, I projected them onto a wall and then videos the wall with my Mini DV. The Quality is ok, but I failed to notice the flies. Now I do it another way.Mike
