  • They are so sweet when they are that age! I'm hand feeding several now myself. It's amazing how quickly they grow! Be sure to check out our Parrotlet videos! :)

  • Thanks, love your videos too. Jiffy seen in the video will be 2 years old in August. He is my special little buddy. He talks to me, showers with me and loves to tag along. I have 19 other birds from greys to finches. Who knew that a one ounce creature (Jiffy bird) would be so much a happy part of my life. He was my only baby that was hatched and handfed with me. Then I decided not to breed birds as I realized that I could not part with them when they grew up! Best wishes with yours!

  • i just figured out u have cocatile i read the comments. i had a cocatile it got attacked i dont know what bird hurt it... it got blind in one eye and both feet were cut open i was soo upset itss still alive today his name is dexter anyway do you know what fruits and vegtables i could feed him thanks bye

  • So sorry about your cockatiel. They are so gentle, beautiful trusting birds and other birds will attack them. And it can happen in a second. Please call a veterinarian and ask about what to do. Best to you and your bird.

  • That formula looks a little to thick...is it that way because you are using a spoon??

  • Greaaaatt Video!!!!

  • this lil parrot is real darn cute !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • How is the little one doing now? Thanks for sharing your videos with all of us.

  • haha, when the hand grabbed the baby I was like OMG!! but then it put him back again as if nothing had happened xD

They're SO cute even without their feathers!

  • Imo and this is just my opinion I in no way disagree with the use of spoons but in my past and current experience with hand feeding birds I prefer to use a syringe to lessen the risk of the birds aspirating. Feeding by spoon is not bad but imo a syringe has less risk of aspiration.

  • your comment is very cute! his beak jaj thats cute

  • How do you introduce a new parrotlet to another? I have a blue pacific male and I would like to set him up with a female. I have raised love birds before and they can be a bit nasty to one another, but I have been told that parrotlets can be worse.
