i think your dream is about the Lord wanting you to start an orphanage for multicultural kids. the muffins are like providing for the kids. it's a big house (lots of kids), your brother is there (adopted), river outside (i couldn't find the verse about tree being near the river - God, and flourishing). the date and time (when something will click for ya, or happen to confirm what you feel in your heart)

The muffins and children were things that were not threatening, and were engaging to you. In other words, you had no reason to resist the images in the dream.
Having your full attention, the hand appeared and gave you this information. Perhaps something of great importance happened somewhere in the world at that time and date, something few openly acknowledge, but that God sees clearly.

Boy, If this date and time are Sept. 22 at 11:06, perhaps this is the Rapture and these children who are so clearly in Heaven (because of the River of Life you saw) are getting ready to meet us and welcome us who will be taken up to be with Jesus.
I am not saying "Thus sayeth the Lord" on this. Just what came to mind.

If the numbers are a date then it is this comming Saturday, maybe not this year, but u never know what might happen! So Saturday 9-22 @ 11:06 am or pm, we need to be watchful!
If there is an attack of some sort it could involve the schools, which are just starting back right now, because of the kids in your dream. But not on a weekend. Just a thought!
