softball homerun contest ended by destroyed demarini

we were having a 1 on 1 homerun contest when it was halted due to the destruction of the Demarini bat we were using....fence about 260..fun for this type of thing, most cleared by 30 yards...at the time of this vid i was benching 240 and my armspan is 6'7...long swing of the bat

closed stance actually prevents the hips from opening up

try a closed stance to explode ur hips open or walk into the pitch and use the over lap grip.. get a lot more bat speed and power from it

He's right, maybe preload as well. You fall back. Look on here for hitting techniques. My lil bro was hitting right to outfielders and he watched a few of these vids, and boom over the 300 ft. Not only over the fence, over the trees.
