@emily27051 Night walking is great, and if you get a full moon and a clear night it's amazing how bright it is up there. Last winter being on the tops with a full moon and all that snow was stunning!
I think the best advice is to be confident in your navigation and your skills at reading the terrain. At times you're walking in a pool of light from your torch in front of you, and distance can be hard to judge. Practice makes perfect though, start on something wee and build up from there.

yeeha nice one.want to try this some time,watched ur night walk on ben lomond as
well and want to walk it on a nice moonlit night so that there might be a view.can u
offer any advice to me on these kind of walks
