Another way you can avoid pink slip races is to have a full garage.

So buy all those cheap wrecks towards the end of the game and get some control over WHEN you want to Pink Slip.

@LoDork sadly, you cant. They choose the class that you use to race your cars in pink slips. if you dont wanna risk your vipers, decline the pink slip challenge. If you decline it while on the phone with one of the crew members you will lose respect. be careful about that.
