During the September 11, 2010 Friends Summer Picnic, the black jaguar stalked and killed a wild watermelon! As you can see, first he tried to bite its neck. Then he decided to drown it. But then he couldn't figure out how to get to it without going in the water.

  • beautiful cat!

  • @happycozy He really is beautiful. And when the sun shines on his coat, you can clearly see the rosettes that all jaguars have.

  • do they have any normal colored jaguars?

  • @myzootube16 The Zoo also has two other jaguars that are not black (a male and a female).

  • Nice!

  • Nice! It's great when the zoo does things like this! It provides enrichment for the animals and entertainment for the visitors. Win/Win! =D

  • hahaah what a nice clip with natural animal behaviours.

I also love the background voices. A woman said, "He is going to get a watermellon" her daughter said "Apple" in such a adorable way. hahha
