  • Unbelievable! Grace's voice never ceases to amaze me. She's definitely the best female rock vocalist/songwriter ever.

  • Hi everybody, thanks for listening to Grace sing the blues...I always told her she could be a great blues vocalist. She has tremendous stage presence. In response to the comment below. David and I switched back n forth between bass and keys on live shows and studio. We were, and are close friends. David was always a strong vocalist in the band. David had introduced me to Paul and Grace at a SF studio in 72 and Grace & I wrote this number on the spot for her solo album "Manhole".Cheers,PeteSears

  • Poor David Freiberg! He started as the band's bass player but then Peter Kaukonen took over and David switched to keyboards. Then Pete Sears takes over keyboards and Frieberg does vocals but THEN Marty Balin comes back and David just does whatever stuff there's left...

  • How old is this? Why did they turn off the light and change the camera hen she said "go down on your man" 2:13 ??

  • Sooooooooo great! Manhole has been one of my top 5 albums of all time. Awesome live performance. Thanks for taking time to post.

  • I think I was at this show...Winterland in San Francisco...I used to like seeing them there.

  • Awesome! Please post more from this show!

  • and pete is a little bit soulless

  • I love the way that Grace and Pete do this. For me, Grace's vocalizing never fails to move me. Thank you so much for posting this.

  • Pete can play realy good blues piano, but Grace can't sing blues music

  • I wish you could post 'Janitor Drives A Cadillac', on 'Papa John Creach' by Papa John Creach, featuring Miss Slick's vocals. I have not seen it on You Tube. Definitely a showstopper. Love your posts!
