E.W.S. FX FUZZYDRIVE guitar pedal...very cool overdrive unit. Not so much a fuzz, as much as it is a heavy drive. They're made in Japan, and distributed by the same folks who bring you Xotic effects like the AC RC Booster and BB Preamp pedals. I used a Gibson SG and Dr Z MAZ 2x10 combo amp for the demos.

  • If you're a poor guitar player, then you really shouldn't be buying $100 guitar pedals.

Save up a few hundred bucks, there are plenty of tube amps around $500 and less these days.

  • If you're looking for 100watt tube amps to play stadiums then you're probably right.

Get a Fender Blue Junior. Less than $500. GMD uses them in his videos.

Ask yourself this question: how big of an amp do you need?

  • why is it panned left?

  • @tcinpa37 i agreee with you brother, i bought an epi valve junior combo v3 with the speaker jacks in back (i live in a one bedroom apt) and plugged it into my peavey renown that i bought in 1983, two twelve scorpions, just once at practice to see what happens, and it blew away the drummer and the OD drowned out the rest of my band

  • wow daylight.

  • How does it compare with fuzz face clones?

  • @atli94

True enough. I jammed with my buddy and plugged a 5w Epi Valve Junior into a 4x12 Ibanez cab, and it almost crushed us.

  • 5 watts is enough.. just plug it into a 2x12 cab

    and 4x12 for gigs!

  • Dude, 15-20 watts is gigable with a drummer. If it's not enough balls, mic it. Like McNulty says, blues junior, man. Or the new Vox Night Train.

  • This guys sounds just like Jack Black when he talks.

  • you can get a decent little tube amp for 200$, dude.

  • plenty loud though
