This is the PC version of GTA IV Episodes From Liberty City.
The official Rockstar patch (1.1.2.0) was installed. There are no mods or other upgrades.

NO CHEATS and no mods.
This is a completely legitimate game.

This version is currently 73.64% complete up the mission 'End of Chapter'.

Johnny has never Died or been Busted.

The following side-missions / mini-games have been completed:
1) I won 3 games of Arm Wrestling
2) I won 2 games of Pool
3) I won 2 games of Air Hockey
4) I won 2 games of Darts
5) Friends activites already completed: Air Hockey, Drinking, Pool, Strip Club, Darts, Eating, Show
6) All 20 Bike Races have been won.
7) All 50 Seagulls have been exterminated.
8) Both Random Characters have been met already, with 3 missions completed.

There are no failed missions.

All available Map Icons are shown on the map. I had to enter each of these locations in order for the icon to appear (except for the carwashes).
