Suffering under poverty and a deep darkness that has prevailed for generations, the nation of Haiti stands at a critical crossroads. Over the past two months, four major storms ripped through the country leaving 793 dead, entire cities leveled, one million homeless and over 600,000 people without food. In this critical hour, a joint team from One Heart Ministries and Fusion Ministries are planning to gather over 500 pastors and leaders to equip them to be the hinge of transformation in their nation.   • I agree that we need missions in the US. My family in Texas was affected deeply by the hurricane suffering damage to their house. However, the condition of Haiti is much worse than all that you described. I encourage you to read the articles on BBC about the devastation caused by the four storms. It is really bad. But thanks for the comment.

  • Instead of a mission in Haiti, how about a mission in the USA, more than 9 millions people los their jobs in 2008, 2.5 millions houses on foreclosure, that means those people are homeless on top of the rest, Texas state was ashamed to put the damages of $3 billions caused by the small impact of the hurricane, that's poverty to me, get with Wallstreet and stop bugging us in Haiti, we have enough of that sht
