Thanks to Obama and the likes of Pelosi our manned space program will decrease rather then increasing NASA's budget to a reasonable amt--at present it is <1% of the US FEDERAL BUDGET---it needs to increased to at least 5-7% of the US FEDERAL BUDGET and discount taxes to companies building private launch vehicles and incentives to start mining ops on the moon and other near-space bodies!
