    Oh, but 2000's were one of the best decades in the history for some people, ie. the Hindu and the Chinese and they're both very optimistic. And since they have more people than US & Europe combined than we can conclude that at least in theory nowadays is much better than it was 20 years ago for the most of the globe. ;P
