  • @theACEcrew and all the other naysayers-If you have ever studied the coffee industry, you'd know that Starbucks created the market for specialty coffee. If that market had not been created your local, indy and Mom & Pop shops would have no business case. People forget that Starbucks was a small local business. BTW, Starbucks has always spent more on their health care than their coffee- clearly, there's more to them than you realize.

  • I find it interesting that those with such negative comments lack the ability to educate themselves enough by researching the truth. If you did your research you will know that the money raised will be donated to two non profit organizations that give low interest rate loans to business that can guarantee the ability to hire more employees. Research has shown that when a Sbux store opened next to a mom & pop store, the M&P store increased in same store sales by over 50%. Please do your research!

  • check out my brother on stupreme! Fun musician guy, sooo talentd,,Tim Stuart

    works at Vons on Governor

  • I like how the music sends of the message of "Take my hand and trust me. We'll go far together." Fitting. Message received!

  • I really really really really really like the music, too bad its probably commissioned and there is no available download :(

  • Ok this song sounds excruciatingly familiar, especially the first 15 seconds. Can anyone please help me out, it's beginning to drive me bonkers.

  • Does anyone know what the music is? I'd love to know if it was a larger piece or if the artist has more work I could check out.

  • @TheRocLok You know.....you're actually right. I looked into it a bit more and on the createjobsforUSA website it said that it was a loan to companies (paraphrased of course). This implies interest on the loan so in a sense you're right. I do believe that it is still beneficial to small businesses trying to get off the ground because they need capital and can't supply it all themselves. And the interest on the loan is something that the business can cover in the long run.

  • @zxThisGuyxz the problem I have as a small business owner is that this money is being loaned back out to people with interest which means that $35 is going to cost the business exponentially over the course of the loan. The other issue is that Starbucks is posing their campaign as a "Charity" not what it really is which is an investment - I think it's deceiving the public.
