These are from my first angelfish spawn. One of my favorite cichlids - far more personal than the average and produce huge spawns with little effort.

  • how long do u have this plan nursary tank running before the babys hatch or put in there...

    ?

  • @grkniko1 I usually start a tank a week before I think I'll need it. I moved these guys from the parents about 2 weeks after they hatched. The parents did a great job of raising them. Only thing is that once you separate the fry from the parents the parents start spawning again - great assembly line if you have some place to sell off the fry.

  • what do you do if angels lay the eggs on the glass, and you cant separate the parents????

  • let them hatch and then use a turkey baster to pick them up and put them in their own tank - that's how I do it either way.

  • could anyone tell me how much petsmart would pay for fish i know it depends on the type but just in general

  • my petsmart doesn't buy from people. Your best sale price will most likely come from mom and pop stores who'll give you store credit you can use to buy food and supplies.

  • if u ever find a really unique male and or female fish i would like to be contacted

  • I agree! Angelfish are very fun to have and adore!

    Thanks for all your help!

  • Is that what you did to breed them?

  • check out mrsnakeboy1998's videos

  • @jayjay2033 you actually cant tell the difference between male and female the best thing to do if your trying to breed them is to buy a group of 6-7 while their young and have them grow up with each other and hope that a couple will pair up with each other

  • Can you tell male and female when they are this young?

  • if u ever give em away ill take 2

  • Awww! I have an angelfish baby I just bought-he looks about 4-5 months old.
