Rainbow - 'The VIP' (part 1)

Bungle is very anxious that everything is kept clean and tidy for a very special visitor to the Rainbow house. He tells Geoffrey, Zippy and George that they must look their smartest for the VIP, but he won't tell the others who the VIP is - they'll have to wait and see.
