After Keene, NH activist Kurt Hoffman was arrested, handcuffed, and taken into a back room, he was seriously hurt, and carried out on a stretcher.

Police say Hoffman, after being handcuffed and laying on the ground completely passive before being taken into a back room, suddenly decided to jump up, run for the door where he fell, on his head. His wife says Rivera tackled him and caused him to land on his head.

2 weeks later, Hoffman is still in a wheelchair with a disfigured face from apparent neurological damage. To protect and serve. . .

  • Where is part 2?

  • Wait for it. . .

    Wait for it. . . :)

It will be a few days guys. I'm doing a lot of things behind the scenes which don't show up on this channel. Gotta find a way to earn a living.

  • High quality journalism, the way mainstream media has neglected for all of its existence.

I love your work but there is never any part 2 of the past videos you promised a part 2. I am still waiting for the part 2 of the Sam in Court series.

  • I haven't released any of my court footage. I think you saw it on gloriouscoconut's channel.

  • Oh man, production quality keeps going up and up :).

  • It is my personal sandbox to play in while I learn video and film production, although Meg is doing a lot of the graphics lately.

  • The neighbor, the high school teacher, is a moron. The IQ of the average government high school teacher is lower than the IQ of the average high school student.

The Chinese solution that worked for thousands of years was called "killing the clan." They not only executed the corrupt official, but their entire extended family out to third cousins, grandparents and grandchildren. And all their friends and cronies too. That would include retards like the high school "teacher" I guess too.

  • The Nuremburg defense is, I agree, overused. It "should" be no defense at all.

What must happen first is for officers and soldiers to stop following unconstitutional orders in large numbers, and be acquitted for that. THEN the prosecutions for following bad orders can follow.

  • this is how every cop should be treated when they show aggression or unlawful activity, and by the way fuck this dick,he enforces the laws he should be held accountable not go after the people that make the laws that doesn't wash anymore,or I'm just following orders, not any more, cops choose to do it they will be held accountable period.when laws change acountability changes with them thats just how it is.

  • I thought the same thing. I think that example is valid, but too many view it as overused.

  • I have to ask, how is a police officer who's other job is prosecutor NOT a conflict of interest?

What possible incentive would he have to prosecute other cops for abuse even if he was given irrefutable evidence?

  • What I find astounding is the complete disconnect between driving high-power cars, with pistols and tazers and shotguns and who-knows-what in the trunk (machine guns in some jurisdictions), along with near complete immunity for what actions they choose to take...

...and then they act all shocked that common people are AFRAID of them! As if it has ANYTHING to do with "breaking the law"???

Just look at how frightened they are of peaceful people with candles.

  • What argument?

"It's his job" is just a restatement of the Nuremburg Defense:

    "I was just following orders."

  • when the government fears the people.

    yay.

  • Exactly, we could smack this guy around but that would make him more of an ass. They need more peace and love than most, he seems to be a victim of hug-deficiency syndrome, like so many other thugs who sought a career in policing.

Not that they're all bad, but the job offers authority which authority and power which attracts people likely to beat innocent peaceful humans.

I hop both Hoffman and Rivera get better.

    Peace and freedom...
