  • Yeah, complete used bikes of this new era (2001-up) tend to sell for only $4K to $5K and that is in good condition - much less even if wrecked, damaged, or with a salvage title. So, a guy can take the typical Big-Twin build budget, get the complete powertrain, fork legs, wheels and tires, etc. and have a lot of money left over to build a bike with a lot of pretty cool shit on it. --Big Daddy 1-515-265-8441

  • Thanks! Yes, the original Trump Card used the stock tank but it was modified.

We will finish fab. on da Trump Card 2 this week and then re-assemble it. We will be posting another video after that. The customer is going to pick it up and finish it up with paint, wiring, etc.

We will be offering this conversion as a kit on the site.

  • Nice work..never seen a new bonnie convert! A+

  • Nice, Just a thought What about making a fake round oil bag to accomidate the battery. Just cut out a square on the rear of the oil tank and slip the battery inside it would also have room for tools or stash. Put it below the seat sandard place for it to go and look more authentic. I seen an jocky shift chucked on one of these as well.

  • Is it easy to convert a triumph Boni engine to kickstart?

  • Nice.

  • Nice Job. :)

  • Nice hot rod, guys.. looking forward to a follow-up video.

  • Cheers, I'll keep an eye out for the new vid. Like you say there is a huge cost saving to be had here, especially as the old Trump engines are becoming increasingly harder to find.

  • Looks awesome. I've just realised this is 'Da Trump Card 2'. Did the original 'Da Trump Card' use the stock tank? I think the bobber tank is a vast improvement. Can't wait to see it finished!
