Oh man...there's so many changes from Street Fighter 2 up to Super Turbo...I dont even wanna start what was changed >.<

It IS possible to unlock the US version in this game. There is a hidden dip switch menu that you have to access by beating the game. Here is an FAQ on how to do it. wwwgamefaqscom/dreamcast/45856
9-super-street-fighter-ii-x-f or-matching-service/faqs/1379 9 The fighter's quotes are in English, and some of the character's voices change like Spiral Arrow to Thrust Kick, and the bosses names are rearranged like the versions outside Japan, Balrog, Vega, Sagat, M. Bison in that order. -
Dreamcast consoles ARE region locked, you MUST have a Utopia or other BOOT disk in order to play a LEGIT Jap game in a U.S. DC.
If your able to play a jap game w/o a boot disk, then your either in japan, or have a pirated version that isn't locked.

I have a copy of CAPCOM Fighting Collection, it has an English copy of this on it, but it is NOT an official English release, just translation patched. I never played a SF II Cabinet, sadly so no input from me on port quality.

i forgot how but i managed to burn this game, 3rd strike, and snk vs capcom 2 onto one disc. even on just one star the this games A.I. picks up your style and gets tough anyway.
