Hi Peggy, my wife is 臺中人 and I want to tell you that there are hundreds, if not thousands, of Chinese and Taiwanese restaurants in the Chinese communities of the San Gabriel Valley of Los Angeles County. Taiwanese sausage w/ garlic, chou doufu, hou guo, niu rou mian, Sichuan food, Beijing food, Hong Kong Food, even Xinjiang food, you can find it all here.

Pho Vietnam Restaurant is in Fort Smith. It is really good and have gone there many times.

About a 1 hour 4 min drive from Fort Smith in Fayetteville is Taiwan Chinese Restaurant.It's about as close as your going to get to Fort Smith. Had some friends from Taiwan that liked it.:)
