  • @MuppetVoicesAndMore Do you think you'll be able to edit these to include the performances in The Muppets (2011)?

  • @MollyKoenigStarGleek Yeah. I'm going to remake all of them as soon as The Muppets comes out on DVD.

  • are you going to do a robin the frog voice comparison

  • @muppetsstoogesfan1 Eventually, yes. As soon as I can get some more footage of Matt Vogel's Robin.

  • I get the feeling that part of the reason why they chose David Rudman to perform Scooter (and Janice) is because Richard Hunt was the one who helped him get a job as a Muppeteer.

  • @sspongey98 Yeah, David and Richard were good friends, and Richard did help him get his job on Sesame Street.

  • @lostviewer Thank you for the compliment :)

I completely agree with you on the Scooter comment. The way the puppet looked kinda threw people off a little. His head was too flat, and he had an almost upward looking position. The newer Scooter looks almost exactly like the original. Much much better. And yes, I do think David Rudman will get better. He's a great puppeteer and a great performer.

  • I like reading your descriptions on each of the performer's voices, you're spot on. I think Vogel's gonna get even better. If you look at Richard's Scooter from the beginning of The Muppet Show, then look at Scooter in Muppets Take Manhattan, you can tell how much the character has matured. I know a few people didn't like how he sounded in Letters to Santa, but honestly I think some of that comes from how the puppet looks. Have you seen the new Scooter for The Muppets? MUCH better looking.

  • I wasn't keen on rudman's scooter in letters to santa, especially after boyd did such a great job in WoO, but he's really improved, the performance he gave for the muppets was spot on.

  • I love David's performance in The Muppets. I think he is a great performer of the character.

  • SCOOTER IS MY FAV MUPPET EVER THANKS!!!!!!!!!

  • @MuppetVoicesAndMore You shouldn't do that. These videos are fine the way they are. I think that you should just make new videos for characters who got new preformers for the movie, like Uncle Deadly, Link Hogthrob, Marvin Suggs, Wayne, and Sweetums. Regartless of how many lines they had.

  • @DUCKTAPE702 Simon Smith and his Dancing Bear. It was performed by Fozzie Bear and Scooter in Season 1 of The Muppet Show.

  • I've always loved Scooter, but I'm not really sure why. He's just so visually different from the rest of the Muppets, in every way. And WHAT a talented kid, right?

  • I think Richard said he based the character of Scooter on himself when he was younger. A geeky kid who was excited to be working with Kermit/Jim, who was his hero.

  • What's the song you used at the beginning and the end?
