Dr. Erik Duval, Professor of Computer Science at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven used the music genome project to develop the Cry-Pod, an mp3 player that reads your body's emotions and plays music based on those emotions. From this he learned that if you are able to create in abundance and fail, you can learn why you fail and that's when innovation happens. So he set out to apply this premise to education.
