    Whilst English Billiards is still popular in india. It recieves no coverage and is largely unnoticed in the UK. Carom billiards is more popular in mainland europe with larger prize money and TV coverage in Belgium and France. Top Snooker players have long since given up competing in Billiards due to its low profile and prize money.
