Within 3 month of time we build this autonomous robot for the students research seminar RiKa (realization of an information and communication application).

The robot is placed in an unknown maze. It's goal is to find as many 'gold nuggets' in that maze in the shortest time possible. Control is shared on the robot itself and a server connected via bluetooth, that takes care of the more complex calculations (known terrain, object identification, location determination,etc.).

  • Is there a possibility to have a look at the code?

  • @D100O The whole system was a client-server approach utilising bluetooth for communication (which was suprisingly robust ;)) The client uses a subsumption architecture to react to commands of the server. But since it had to be finished within a short period of time the code is quite messy and probably very very difficult to read without further instructions. Do you need hints for a specific problem, or just wanted to browse the code?!
