This :30 spot featured a new program PCI was unveiling. One problem -- the client was on an extremely limited budget and stock footage of wind turbines wouldn't suffice. Thus, 95% of spot was shot on green screen using miniatures. Everything from the birds flying to the technician walking in the field was either digitally created or superimposed. Once again, ingenuity rocks -- and the client was thrilled with the look/feel AND the cost
